Bought two bikes, a black and a white. Pleasantly surprised how well packed they were, there was no damage. Very easy to put together, took about 20 minutes each bike. The ride is great, comfortable and you easily adjust the handle bar and seat height. The furthest we have gone is 22 miles and on return we had one battery bar left, so impressive. They climb hills well and the throttle control is handy if you need a bit of extra power. Nicely finished bikes and very happy with the experience. We have managed to fold them both up and place in the rear of a mini with the seats down so that’s a real bonus. Would recommend and good value for money.

The best bike I have ever driven. I love it! It is value for money, strong and easy to setup and use. Daily, I use it to cruise to and fro work and there has been no issues or fault since I bought it.

Excellent customer service when I did have some issues the company send out the spare parts. The bike is good the battery life lasts a long time

AwfulThis seller is diabolical to deal with.The very first time if using this bike on a full charge the battery depleted after only 6 kilometres.It states it will do between 35 and 50 kilometres on a full charge.I contacted the seller explaining the battery was defective and wanted a refund.their first reply was to offer to send a replacement battery and £30.I explained that this bike doesn't have a removable battery so how could I possibly replace it?The battery is encased within the frame and isn't accessible. Their reply to this was they would send information on how to perform this.i contacted an ebike specialist who advised me I should not attempt to try and undertake this job as it's a specialist job.I wrote to the seller advising them of what I'd been told and informed them I wouldn't be trying to do the job of a specialist and it was unprofessional of them to even suggest it again informing them I wanted a refund, and their faulty goods were available for uplift.They then offered me £50 and would replace the battery, but gave no specific timescale on when I would have the bike returned , would it take weeks? Months ? I need the bike for daily transport to work. Again i said no, i wanted a refund, uplift your faulty goods.Their next reply was to offer to send a battery and £100 and take it to a repair shop.I explained I hadn't bought a brand new bike to have to take it to a repair shop after only using it once.They kept offering various sums of money to keep the bike and fix it myself.I reported the seller for harassment, and was then blocked By amazon from viewing any further correspondence from the seller, I hoped amazon would intervene and sort the issue.Amazon were useless, they told me it was my responsibility to pay to uplift the faulty goodsI eventually rang my bank who advised me to make the faulty goods available for uplift, and NOT to pay for uplift myself, advising me that they would investigate after a certain period of time and apply a charge back to my card. Thus the bank would then chase the seller for their money as I paid by credit card.Never again will I purchase an expensive item from amazon. Their customer service was beyond dreadful and totally unprofessional. So was the AZ team. My bank however were professional and amazing with the advice they gave me. Reassuring me of my consumer rightsAvoid the seller at all costs. I most definitely wouldn't recommend. Avoid expensive purchases with amazon.Don't report a seller fir harassment as amazon will block you fro further communication with that seller.

The bike is working very well it provides excellent services and it is good and easy to pedal

The bike is good, the design is very beautiful but the battery life isn’t that good is run out very quickly, and also when you riding it in hill the speed go down and is make the bike more heavy.

The bike is comfortable, and the seller is responsive. I'm 6'1 and the bike works great for me. The range is not quite as far, I get about 10 miles on a single charger.
