Amazing
One of my sons more expensive sets. Totally worth the money. The tiny details, the moveable parts and the stickers make it pop. It is a large piece when assembled so make sure you have enough room to display. He now wants the motor to make it an RC and the light kit for it. He loves building the cars and I enjoy sitting with him while he does. I'm the official piece sorter 😂

easy and works great
Easy instructions; worked on first try. Had small issue of the gears slipping but it was my own failure to connect the axel to the differential. Even so, I wrote MYMG and they immediately wrote back and were helpful with a great attitude. Felt very supported. Great little ad on the 42126 and great customer support.

Strong Motors
The motors are strong, and work with the required power blocks. The packaging protected all of the motors and has a nice presentation and not just a bag of motors. This can be used with many different sets and is compatible with name brand bricks.

Works great for other models too
I grabbed this for the high-output motors. I don't have the F1 model, but I do have a trophy truck MOC build that I'm doing, and I want a little extra power for it. This is just the kit for it. I haven't tested the motors in the truck yet, but I did test them in a little elevator build I have that runs 6:1 counter-leverage, and this motor definitely lifts more weight than the usual motor before it bogs down. I'm hoping that translates in to more torque for my truck. I'm not sure if the top speed on these motors is any higher than usual, but more torque will definitely be a huge boost for an off-road vehicle. In any case, this is a great set, and if you're into powered brick set builds, you might as well pack as much power as you can into them.

Difficult to install in already assembled build; steering backwards
I had assembled my build before buying this kit. Had to tear down the build a lot to install this kit, and actually had to get the Lego instruction manual back out. It is better to buy this kit before assembling the build and adding it during the assembly of the build. It works good. The remote is very simple and does not have variable speed trigger. The instructions have you connect both motors to 1 battery terminal. If you connect each motor separately, you can have 2 speeds: push 1 forward/reverse d pad for slow, push both d pad forward/reverse for faster speed. Star down for not having variable speed.Star down is for the steering being backwards; it is beyond inconvenient. The only fix I've found so far requires buying extra pieces. It is hard to drive straight, but that has to do with it being Lego pieces and not this kit. It has a very large turning radius, but again it is not because of the kit. After fully charging the battery before use, I got about 20 minutes or so of use before the battery died. Star down because charge doesn't last long.Overall it is not terrible, but not as much fun to play with as I had imagined.Nothing to do with this kit, but the front of the Lego build comes off if you hit anything, and that is because of how it is attached to the build.

Buy with the lego set, not after
If you want to buy this product, DO NOT buy it if you already have assembled it. There is no instructions on how to disassemble without tearing it all apart and running the risk of having a pile of pieces. If youre think ing about buying this kit with the set at the same time, do so. It will save so much time and hassle. TL;DR Buy with lego set, if assembled dont even bother.
