The media could not be loaded. My 6yr old throughly enjoyed this for the 6min it took us to put it all together and he kinda did what he wanted with the design. Awesome gift and experience but won’t keep them busy. The volcano was the best part and the tube is so small it’s kind of anticlimactic and there isn’t enough sand for to build the volcano up and cover the tube.Wouldn’t purchase again. Once was enough. This dino habitat was so much fun for my kids. It was also a great activity to go with a dinosaur unit study we've been doing. There are a lot of aspects to the set. The instructions are pretty easy to follow. The blue slime for the water just tells you to add water, but not how much, and you will want a disposable cup and spoon for that part. The red baking soda also has a lot of dye in it, so if you're like me and not thinking of that, you will dye your hands red when mixing that up. It did wash out after a shower. The tray is divided into three parts, to help keep stuff separated. There's a kinetic sand type material for the volcano side, a black slime for the tar pit and the blue slime you make for the water. Then you get to make a fizzing volcano. It does fizz for quite a while. I used all of the packets, but maybe I wasn't meant to use all of the baking soda and citric acid at once so you could make it explode again. I do wish there was maybe a way to store different slimes, sand etc afterwards so it can be played with again and again but once it's all set up, it's kind of stuck that way because things start to mix. It's still a neat project for kids and they enjoyed playing with it some after setting it all up.

I actually got this set to use the various pieces in my kids' fairy gardens. There is so much in this set. My kids were able to use everything and rearrange pieces multiple times. Kinetic sand is so much fun and at least a little bit less messy than regular sand. We loved the various rocks and water feature and many dinosaurs. There is a lot packed into this little set at a good price.

It has colorful dinosaurs. It has kinetic sand. And it has a functional volcano. Perfect recipe for a good hour or so of entertaining a 6 year old on a rainy day. Great product, especially at the very reasonable price.

This was a lot of fun for our grandson. He played with it forever. The set is nice and has lots of different ways to play.

I purchased this dinosaur habitat for my 6 year old grandson to build and play with. He has hours of fun playing with the 12 dinosaurs and always wanting the volcano to be active. This is a great play alone activity or to have fun with other playmates.

Very messy toy but the kids love it! Highly recommended
