Calypso Invisible Sun Stick, SPF50 Sun Protection for Wet and Dry Skin, 15g

Just used this on a sunny week on the slopes skiing. To avoid the goggle face tan this was ideal nice and slim in the pocket and very easy to quickly apply re apply.

invisible to apply and wear. works well. very small amount and can break easily when turned out so use delicate application. handly to fit in purse and pockets.

This is a great sunblock. After years of purchasing bottles of sunblock that is left unused I now purchase these for holidays as well as outdoor sports. My son play outdoor sports and at times his skin is left dry he now actually puts on as he loves the way his skin feels afterwards.

It's a super travel choice. I am happy with it because it fits nicely in pockets when out and about and is a fine alternative to carrying heavier bottles around. Not everyone will think it is good value. I decided to buy it for the convenience knowing I was paying a premium for this.

This little sun lotion stick is so handy, it will fit in the smallest of handbags. Perfect essential for holidays and through the summer..

This Calypso Sun Stick is very small. It is listed as being 15 grams. The dimensions of the unit are 3 inches high and 1 and a half inches wide. If you prefer it is 7.7 centimetres tall and 3.8 centimetres wide. It's small and there's no getting away from it.Aside from unavoidably noticing the small size of it, the unit is easy to use. You pull the top upwards to remove it or of course place it back on downwards. When the white lid is off the bulk of what is left is orange in colour and has a twist dial at the base of the unit. This pushes up the sun screen stick like you may have used a stick deodorant before. The scent is light and reasonably pleasant. Out of interest I completely turned the twist dial until I could wholly remove the sun screen section. I don't think you are supposed to do this necessarily but I wanted to know how much usable product is in there as the overall unit is small and I found that the sun screen component is 3.5 centimetres high.As far as application goes it is easy to apply although the surface area is perhaps a little small. Maybe this is best for adult parents using to apply to their children rather than for adults to use on themselves? I'm not sure as I am not a parent. For me the downside of the small surface area is that it takes longer to apply. Once applied though it does feel quite nice and absorbs well into the skin without being greasy or leaving me feeling otherwise wet or sticky.Overall I quite like it, it is an easy to use product, albeit not the quickest in the world. I think it probably suits kids more than adults though for reasons I have covered previsouly. It's not 5 stars for me but 3 is probably a little too low. A fairly safe 4 star review it is.

The media could not be loaded. I like to use this SPF50 on my face. It is completely invisible on the skin, as it claims and leaves just a slight residue that feels a little greasy. It has a very pleasant, light fragrance, not at all strong but far better than some sunscreens that can have a medicated smell that is not particularly pleasant. The compact size is perfect for slipping into a pocket or bag and , although you get quite a small amount, it does go a long way. I wouldn't use it on larger areas, personally, as it wouldn't last long but it is perfect for small areas prone to catching the sun such as cheeks, nose etc.
