I got this for a portable pressure washer setup I have been putting together. I needed a 3.0 orifice nozzle for the Karcher cube and this seemed like the best choice. It has a nice flexible cone to prevent paint damage if it flies out of the gun, has a perfect spray pattern, and the stainless finish is great! 40-degree nozzles are what I use for paint and 25-degree for wheels, wheel wells, and sometimes bumpers. I hope that 25-degree nozzles are released by Essential Washer! I have many other products by Essential Washer and like all of them.

Orifice is rusting already after one time use

The media could not be loaded.  A great spray head if you have a gas pressure washer(PW) with a higher PSI rating. This 4.0 orifice, 40 deg. tip will flood the surface with more GPM of water at a safe angle. You can use it on a less powerful electric PW, but due to the larger #4 orifice, the pressure will be less than it's normal "rated" pressure. "Rated" means the pressure after initial startup if you kept the trigger pulled, using the mfg. supplied tips, which are probably #3 orifice so they can get higher pressure on a less powerful motor. I really, really like the flexible rubber shroud surrounding the tip. It will protect the paint from any mishap or accidental ding or contact with the tip. You can really tell from the weight of it to the stainless steel material and the flexible shroud that this is going to be a tip that's with you a long time. Probably not the best for cleaning your concrete, but excellent for rinsing off the car/RV/boat or siding.

the pictures on the description page show a collar that can be unscrewed which makes it seem that the collar is removable and may be installed on another tip -- the description absolutely does not say it is so -- the collar can be unscrewed but not transferred to another tip -- I like the idea of having a splash guard on the tip to keep my glasses clean -- it's not infallible but does work well on flat or near flat surfaces, not so well on pockets or crevices but still better than a tip without the guard-- I will keep my eye out for other tips that have this feature -- will be showing it off to neighbours that also have a compatible pressure washer
