I ordered this knee massager for a family member who is suffering from a knee condition/pain. My uncle couldn’t believe that such a product even existed, and was very excited to try it out. The first time he tried it out, he LOVED it. He now uses the massager every day, it’s his favorite pastime to enjoy his favorite TV shows while having his knees massaged! The massage is firm and the heat feature is a very pleasant bonus that can be turned off with the push of a button. The device is lightweight and can be adjusted to any knee size with the velcro straps attached.Another great potential use for this massager is that it also works (and the velcro can be adjusted) for shoulder or elbow pain! The heat is definitely a bonus feature for that.This tool is portable and lightweight, so you can easily take it with you anywhere. The massager is charged using a USB outlet. Awesome product, my uncle couldn’t be happier - which makes me a very satisfied customer as well.

I'm working on rehabilitating a sore elbow and the cold outside makes it even worse! Hubby bought this for me trying to help find me some relief. The heated pad and simple vibration definitely was a welcomed sensation. Perhaps future versions could include a better strapping method so it's easier to put it on with one hand. The charger charges both head units at the same time so there's no waiting around for them both to charge seperately. A nice addition to the Comfier neck massager my husband got for his birthday. Definitely would encourage you to give it a try.

The media could not be loaded. Having hard time with the on/off switch button with both massage pads. We like the way the work such as the heating and massaging. But they only go up to 30 sec. The high time says 45. I'm hoping its the manufacturers. 1 out of 100 this one came out defective...comfortable the price was reasonable but the ease of use on the switch is bad the durability on the time well it only goes to 30 the compression is good.

After reading some of the reviews, I was concerned about the heating ability of this product. After using it several times with pants on, it seemed to work well for me. The massaging part is on the lighter side, but with knee injuries being tender to the touch, it was just the right amount to relax the muscles. I’ve gotten around (5) 30 minute sessions out of a single charge on the highest settings.

No real heat output, vibration is so light that it tickles. Waste of money.
