I love it. It arrived in the right shape. It looks just like the shape represented in the picture--didn't have to be reshaped at all. I bought the cream colored base with the tan band, the fedora with the short brim, one folded down in the front. It looks good. Not sickeningly cutesy-feminine, nor is it man-like. Not too stiff, and not floppy at all. It looks effortlessly cool and classic, and not at all cheap and tourist-like, or something you'd buy at a beach kiosk. Some straw hats can have that look. What a great find for 20 bucks! Looks like you could have bought it from a Ralph Lauren store. I wore it with a full wig, and it felt comfortable. Not too tight. It sat just right, and I don't have a small head! Yay. I love when stuff I order turns out nice. I want to add that it arrived in one of those soft Amazon packages. You know, the grey, plasticy envelope. You should always pack a hat in a box so it doesn't get destroyed in shipping. Mine didn't get wrecked, but it could have easily. I think it would be better customer service overall to pack all hats in a box. What difference does it make that it's a hat from Amazon as opposed to some high level hat designer? We are excited about the things we order online and disappointed when they've been treated poorly in shipping...and I want you to enjoy this hat! Order it!

Light weight hat, perfect for hot days or as an accent piece to style up an outfit. I bought the black ribbon; I wear lots of flack. The first hat delivered had dried glue on the ribbon, I returned it without difficulty. The second hat arrived in a crush proof container; the stitching was straight, the glue used for the ribbon could not be seen, and the hat fit perfectly. It also came with a detachable leash for windy days. This hat is versatile, can be worn by young women as well as older women and both would look appropriate. I would recommend purchasing this hat.

Very happy with this hat! Brim can flip around in several different ways, and size is adjustable (the inside band has a velcro strap and a pull-cord...shown in photo). I've paid upwards of $60 for a similar hat from a brand-name vendor; this is far better than the expensive purchase. The upcoming vacation will allow "crushability" to be tested, but it feels flexible and bendable to the touch. Yay! Better-than-expected quality for a very modest price and quick delivery to boot!!!

Giving it 4 stars because it was big on my head the material is great but is NOT adjustable. The black band hat is the J.CREW version. It’s almost identical however the J.crew version fits perfectly and the material is adjustable. Over all this could have been a great hat if it fit. Is very well done.

Perfect hat for travel. Nice packaging so hat kept its shape. Would purchase again.

This is a very nice hat. Especially for the price. The only reason I did t give it five stars is because it only comes in one size. That’s not obvious when you order. Once received, the hat is labeled with size M (medium). If your head is not petite, this may not sit well on your head as designed.I wish it was offered in size large.I’ll have to return it.
