This is a good supplement, I got great results, Cayenne pepper has a lot of benefits, still waiting for my second order.

I do take several supplements and have for years. This is my first experience with a Cayenne pepper supplement. This one was the one to try as the added ingredients are well chosen. I found the capsules easy to take and had no adverse effects. I took them with food and sometimes just one/day as I would forget the one at dinner and did not want to take the 2nd at bedtime. I cannot say I noticed a significant difference but that's not to say that there was no difference internally. The healthful blend of supplements in these capsules (I believe) are a worthwhile addition to good self care.

The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have much taste, though there is a faint Cayenne pepper scent. I won't go into detail about why I take it since supplement reviews can be strict, and sometimes my reviews aren't approved if I share too much information. However, if you research and check the product name on the bottle, you'll understand one of the common uses. I've noticed positive results from taking this product. I also appreciate that it's 3rd party tested, and the Cayenne pepper smell reassures me that the ingredients listed on the bottle are indeed in the capsules. The product includes other beneficial ingredients as well. Overall, it's a good supplement!
