I am a loud snorer and wake up regularly during the night and a friend recommended I try a mouth tape for my snoring and improve the quality of my sleep.I purchased this mouth tape and it really does work. My wife says my snoring has significantly reduced using the mouth tape and I am sleeping throughout the night and genuinely feel well rested when I wake up. The tape has good adhesion to stick to my mouth throughout the night.I also felt it was reasonably priced, where it is currently discounted and good value for money compared to other brands

Honestly didn’t think I’d be writing a review for mouth tape but here we are. I’ve been using these Spiro ones for a couple weeks and I’m actually shocked at how much better I’m sleeping. They stay on all night (even when I toss and turn) and don’t irritate my skin at all. My mouth isn’t dry in the morning anymore, and apparently I’ve stopped snoring too—so that’s a win for everyone. If you’re curious, just try them. Game changer.

I was skeptical at first, however a friend specifically recommended Spiro and the product is amazing. Have used it every night and it has made my sleep much better. Does not work and makes you feel like your suffocating

I got these for my wife to use. She found them comfortable to use, they stay on all night, and don't cause any skin peeling.The main downside is that these are single-use items, so if you use them consistently that's quite a lot of otherwise unnecessary waste generated where there are reusable alternatives.This pack of mouth tape is currently showing as unavailable, so I can't comment on the price.

I put on this little strip before bed, and it really helped me breathe more quietly at night.
