You would need to have all your measurements in hand to base it on proper fit…chest, arm length…but a 38R would technically fall into their Size Guide for a M. This is a bit fitted - not a typical suit jacket, so keep that in mind. If you have Prime, at least you can return and order a different size easily ;) Hope this helps

Great fit, true to size.

Slightly stretchy material, buttons on mine are black not beige (thk god) ;) I'm 5'10" 90kg large fits me perfect, may settle once I've worn it a bit. Mid weight. Bought for rural boho wedding.
