This machine is excellent! Making bread & pizza is so easy now!
This machine mixes, kneads, and facilitates the dough rising process without having to remove your dough from the bowl. I do not have a kitchen that is conducive to doing a lot of cooking, so it was the perfect machine for me. I can now make professional breads and pizza with great ease. You will have to get used to determining the correct amount of kneading as well as the appropriate time for rising on each recipe. It is more efficient than if you tried to do it by hand, or with a mixer & dough hook. The way that it kneads makes it easy to see if you have added the correct amount of water. If there's too much or too little water, it will not tumble correctly while kneading.

We have had it for over 2 weeks now. Works like a charm. As a predominantly bread eating family, saves us tons of effort.

NIce find!
I don't have to knead the dough ever in my life. It is so convenient to use and with time settings, you set the time and let t do its magic , my dough is ready in 5 minutes , being an Indian , i have to knead the dough two times a day. It couldn't be better . the hidden feature , it has a weighing scale too. Life is at its best.

Bread dough mixer
It works very well, but I wouldn’t do more than making two loaves at a time. I believe trying to do three loaves would be too hard on the motor. It does turn off when it gets too warm but after a few seconds, it turns itself back on again. The proofing works very well. And the cleanup is super easy. For those who love to make homemade bread, but whose arms can’t take the constant kneading anymore. This is it.

Does not work as advertised
This item sucks the paddle keeps jumping of the stem the coating on the paddle is coming off I tried to put paddle back on but the dough had gotten in to the hole it was easier and quicker to finish the dough by hand

Nut issue
There is a nut on the bottom of the bowl that fits into the base. The second time I used this appliance, the nut came off and I just put it back on. Since then, I can't get it to stay on and now it is past the point of return.

Great mixer no worries
The media could not be loaded. great machine for dough making, mixes well dif recipe with 10 cups of flour that mixed very well
