Great powder to add to milk shakes or yogurt shakes as meal replacement. I add 1 scoop to my breakfast smoothie and it keeps me full for 3-4 hours. I don't use it at night as it contains green coffee bean extract. I dont know about the slimming part but it definitely helps in cutting down the total calories intake.Would recommend.Good luck !

Expensive, placebo effect on hunger. Could pass off as an alternative for milk shakes/ ice creams for a diet watcher

It is not effective for me. I am taking this product with milk as per doctor’s advice at night. No other food for dinner. Still my weight is not reduced. Doctor told I may lose about six kilo in three months. But I lose only half a kilo. I think it is not working for me.

Not effective . Waste of money

Let me start with the flavour.. I loved the flavour its vanilla and a fruity after taste ..which I guess is of raspberry.. I usually end up wasting my protien shakes and all just bcoz they dont tastes good. But I cant wait to have this the next day. Perfect meal replacement as it makes me so full and hence I can see a drop in my weight. Best part its sugar free as I am diabetic so its perfect.. Go for it guys👍
