An excellent product. Packaging was really good, every peice packed separately. Even after 6 months of purchase the whole cutlery looks new. It is heavy and is well designed. Easy to clean. Non sharp edges, long handles for easy grip.

The pictures are misleading...
I don't believe that's intentional... just that this cutlery photographs much, much better than it deserves to. It's flimsy to hold - you also feel like it's going to snap between your fingers - and looks terrible, whichever the angle. Actually, it looks exactly like cheap, throwaway plastic cutlery that's made to look like it's metal. Didn't check to see if it was returnable, but I've already kept it away in my junk bin till I can figure out what to do with it.
