Well made leather and tight good fit but impossible to retrieve cards
The case is made with nice grain leather very fancy looking, as good or better than apples leather case.However. The iPhone 13 mini version of the case I got is impossible to use with cards on the back. I can barely slide in one card let alone two. I was unable to retrieve the card once it was in. I had to remove the phone and pry at it to get the card out. I tried this many many times thinking it'll loosen up but it didn't. I wanted to use this with 2 cards, there's no way that will happen. This is going back, I'll be looking for a wallet case instead. Maybe this case is looser for larger phone versions? But for the mini is impossible to use unfortunately...

Better than Apple's leather case
I bought both the Apple saddle brown and Sena's toffee leatherskin for my iPhone 12 because I wanted to compare the two. I've owned Sena cases from the very beginning and mostly had good experiences with the durability, quality and design of their products. Aesthetically, not all Sena cases are my cup of tea, but when they keep it simple and elegant, they're hard to beat. While price is always a consideration, I would have swallowed the Apple tax on their case had it been better. However, the Sena case won out on several fronts: 1) color; the toffee is a much more elegant refined brown than Apple's saddle brown, which is a little too yellowish. 2) leather quality; the grain and cut of the Sena case seem to be of higher quality than Apple's, which is a little too suede-like and fragile for something that gets handled as much as a phone. 3) form factor; the Sena case leaves the bottom of the iPhone 12 open, which I prefer. Apple used to do this with their previous leather cases, but for some reason when they reverted to the flat sides, they closed off the bottom. Arguably, this provides better drop protection, but I think it muffles the speaker holes, and simply doesn't look as good. The front edges of the Sena case are raised enough to protect the front of the phone, IMHO. 4) camera cutout; for some un-understandable reason, Apple surrounded the camera cutout with a horribly-colored plastic rim, which is fugly and very un-Apple. Thankfully, the Sena case kept it simple and just has a tapered leather finish around the camera. Again, there may be a slight tradeoff in protection, but Apple's camera lenses are sapphire, which is pretty unscratchable so I'm not too worried. At the end of the day, the Sena case is more Apple than Apple's. Easy choice, lower price point, better quality. No contest (returned the Apple case).

Not charged up about it
The case is practically the same case I had with my previous iPhone 11. This new phone is an iPhone 13. I really like the pockets on the Sena product, which is why I ordered one for my new phone. Very disappointedly the case did not work on my charger stand-unlike the previous version.
