I recently traveled and wanted to store insulin and as stated by the company it does keep the injection cool for more than 24 hours. I took it on a 32 hour train journey and the product was still cool after I reached home. Overalll a great product for people who want to travel for longer duration and feel hesitant when need to store medicines like insulins injections.

Product quality is good but don't go on 48 hour claimcooling is maximum for 18-24hour& no customer support
