Works great! In the past, I have used Potassium Permangenate, Vegetable wash, antibacterial dish soap, and vinegar as methods of cleaning my fruits or vegetables. This machine feels like magic! You put in normal, unpurified water into a big container and plop in the fruits/veggies to be cleaned, put in the tube, turn the machine on, and it does all the work! This is so much easier than any of the other methods I have attempted. And everything tastes so much fresher! I am not exactly sure what to do with vegetables that float- like eggplant (bengin) or pumpkin (citaful)- so I just try to turn them or dunk them multiple times throughout the purifying process. There is an odor that is noticeable coming off the vegetables and fruits during the cleaning process, so an enclosed room may not be the best place to run the purifier. But the product works just as it is supposed to! The vegetables come out looking so fresh and I have noticed that it even seems to help liven up spinach or cilantro that has already wilted a little bit. Best yet, it seems to be actually working to purify the fruits and vegetables as my stomach problems are going away since purchasing this device!

Very useful item. If it used with fruit and vegetables cleaner liquid. Herbal liquid is used with water. It works very well.

After using this appliance only 2 times , it stroped working...then I called at customer care line 3 to 4 times...they said you need to Carry this instrument to service station but address and name of service station not told or text to me...for that they given contact number of person who is supposed to service...I called him more than 10 times, but he don't pickup calls nor call back and most of times it is off....then I tried to contact through WhatsApp service to customer care...it is mechanized system it killsyour time and can't solve your problem....there are no direct customer care person available to whom you can talk and solve the problem.Kent claims that problem will be solved wit in 48 hours..its not true....i am felling cheated..I found no way other than this to convey my problem to them ...hope they will contact me and will solve my problem

To be able to eat chemical, pesticide and dirt free food it is easy with the Kent RO for food. It has a 15 and 30 minute timer. It is quiet.

I think this is a must have for indian kitchens as fruits and veg we get are full of petsicide and other chemical as there are no govt regulations. This machine is simple to use and gives out ozone gas. We know its ozone as u can smell it. Its pungent smell is evident that machine is working fine.No issue with it till now.

If one is a consumer of good quantities of fruits and uncooked vegetables by salad etc, this is a must; the product produces ozone which is to be let in a small bucket of water in which one can immerse the fruits and vegetables to be cleaned. The installation and operation are simple. Yes it needs to be mounted at a height more than the bowl/bucket in which water is kept for immersing fruits and vegetables. For a family of 4, one may have to operate this at least twice in the morning, once at night to ensure vegetables and fruits are pesticide and germs free. One hoped that Kent would provide more technical details of the product - quantity of ozone produced in 15 and 30 minutes operation, what is optimum time for say 1 kg vegetables/fruits etc.Also, no details on what kind of maintenance / replacement of parts...The product is packaged very well. Again Kent has no online product registration for warranty. Still given the sources from where we get fruits and vegetables in India, this is a must; can not comment on non vegetarian food; but seeing the way in which they are handled, I suppose that they need this more!Review after 3 years:Still use this product. However, Kent needs to do to much better in servicing this product. Their Customer care people are not even aware of this product and their entire focus is on RO, RO, RO... The tube which connects to the water once it snaps over time/usage, is so hard to replace. No, again their customer care folks are of no help. The service centers in non-metros is less than satisfactory. My guess is after 3 years, you may simply replace the product. Probably that's what Kent wants you to do!
