Round bottom stand is broken. Not what I was anticipating how it cools.
That it doesn’t cool like I expected and the bottom round stand is broken.

Not an AC or swamp cooler as advertised
This tower fan was OK as a fan, but it’s not really an air conditioner or a swamp cooler, which it is advertised to be. It’s a little too laborious to have to freeze the ice packs every time you want to use it as an AC, so I did not end up trying the ice packs. A true air conditioner has Freon. This does not.

Poor quality
Base kept popping off. Not user assemble section, the “permanent” base that that part attaches to. As soon as you put it down, the little metal clips just pop off. Fixed with a screw, probably won’t oscillate now. Then the cooler packs all leaked in the tank, so not going to use those, or the reservoir because it is contaminated. Cheap crap. Not worth return or refund to get the same crap quality I’m sure, just one of those learning opportunities.

Doesn't Cool Beyond a Breeze!
I recently tried this product hoping it would help cool down my room, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The included three-pack ice packs didn’t make a noticeable difference, and adding ice and water didn’t help either.The unit only provides a cool breeze if you're sitting directly in front of it; otherwise, it simply circulates the air already in the room. If you're looking for something to effectively cool down a space, this isn’t the solution. Save your money and look for a more efficient cooling option.

Broken. Worked well for the first 30days. Bought it as a birthday present, now in the trash too late to return. Don't risk it

ITS JUST A TALL FAN
It doesn't cool anything, just one big fancy fan. I'm very disappointed. Put both ice and water in it. The water container is a pain so small.
