I purchased this device after hearing a crunchy/scratchy noise in my ear. I knew something was in there and I was hoping it wasn't a bug! My more rational assumption was that it was most likely a long hair from a haircut, shaving my beard or now having a lot of hair in my ears... That assumption was true! It was indeed a hair, most likely from a hair cut as it was well over 1 inch and one I wasn't able to remove with a Q tip or carefully placed tweezers.This device made it extremely easy to remove the hair that was stuck and saved me a trip and copay from visiting a doctor.My chronic allergies have lead quick ear wax build up and constantly itchy ears my whole life, this allows me to look in there and get anything that seems to be causing the issues without going over the top. Especially all these ear hairs I have now.The device itself is easy to set up with the wifi connection and app and the attachments are pretty easy to use, the accesories are pretty nice as well and do a slightly better job that the silicon gripping out the wax but the camera allows me to see the position of where a build up might be.The device does heat up quickly but not to a point where I feel I would burn myself. It also doesn't hold a 90 minute charge, idk if that advertised time is in standby or with the camera on. I'd say it can hold about 20-30 minutes on a full charge which is definitely long enough, I use it for maybe 5 minutes at time.

This product works great. My husband gets a lot of wax built up in his ears and this is perfect to clean them out. The camera is clear and good quality. It’s easy to set up and use. Definitely recommend this.

Very good quality and got a lot of earwax out, easy to connect and set up. Holds lots of battery so it doesn’t die quick. Many different ear prices which are great. Amazing quality especially for the price. Lightweight but high quality and durable. Ears feel amazing after every use. Got rid of all discomfort. In the beginning it was absolutely amazing. It comes with so many unique attachments and features like being able to take pictures or videos inside the ear in case you have concerns you’d like to show a doctor while simultaneously cleaning gunk out of your ears that you never knew was there. Picture quality was great, use and set up was a breeze, until… one day I turn it on and the camera was so blurry and fuzzy it was almost useless. It was about the 5th use. I was very careful about storing it. I always put it directly back in the box and kept it in a drawer that was hardly ever used for the exact reasoning of not getting knocked around too much. I’m giving this a 4 star review purely because it suddenly not working like it used to could be due to the user and not the manufacturer but it is also a possibility that they purposely design it to not be durable so the customer will want to buy another so they keep prices and durability low.

My son constantly gets ear infections in this ear, this wax removal pen with camera made it easy to look into his ear and clean the wax to help prevent more ear infections. The design is sleek and easy to use. This is definitely helped and I would recommend if you have wax buildup.

My first impressions are that the item feels and looks kind of cheap, but after inspecting, it seems alright. The app installed very easily on my Android and connected right away with the tool. The camera actually seems fairly high resolution for the size and cost. Over all it is kinda gross to watch yourself go digging in your own ears, but this makes it easy. My only gripe is that no charging cable will seem to hold tightly in the port, not even the one it came with, so it has to sit in a weird position to keep the charger in the port,
