आपकी सर्विस कुछ प्रोडक्ट की बहुत ही बेकार है,१) कस्टमर अपनी जरूरत के अनुसार ऑनलाइन आइटम बुक करता है जो की उसे उस समय प्राप्त भी नहीं होते है बावजूद डिलीवरी के लिए एक्स्ट्रा पेमेंट पैर भी२) और अगले दिन जब प्रोडक्ट कस्टमर के पास पहुंचने के बाद वो फुल पेमेंट मांगते है जो की फ़ास्ट सर्विस के लिए एक्स्ट्रा अमाउंट देना होता है जबकि कस्टमर फ़ास्ट सर्विस मिलती भी नहीं है३) ऐसे में कस्टमर को amazon से प्रोडक्ट मंगवाने चाहिए या नहीं?
