Ok for the price
Small handy, well made chiseled razor. Not exactly a pry-bar, but it will definitely open a bottle. I wish it would open a little easier.

Well Built But Would Not Purchase Again.
It is solidly built but I did not like the angle of the blade and the bottle opener doesn't have the spacing to make it open bottles easily. The little handle loop that comes with i was nice, but I didn't actually need that. I might give this as a gift, but I wouldn't buy it again myself. I did like that it was small, and if there weren't knife options that I liked better I might use this, but there is a limit to how many items your keychain can have without weighing down your pocket excessively, so this one, in my opinion, didn't make the "cut" of which items will be included.

It is impossible to open.
It’s impossible to open. I try to relieve the tension to make it easier to open, but it doesn’t work.

Sturdy enough to pry
I use mine almost exclusively for box opening and popping apart CA glued parts. It's far sturdier that anything else I would use for that sort of thing and far more pocketable.
