They are not a thick cotton material. It’s more of a dri fit material. I actually like it better.
I like the flexibility. It stayed in place over my ears.

Great Headband
I exercise a lot and needed a good good headband to help keep the sweat out of my face. This band is exactly what I was looking for. The material is a dry knit type, not overly thick and it feels very natural on my head. No matter how hard I exercise, it stays perfectly in place and works well. I'll be wearing this during all my future exercise sessions.

Great Head Bands
These fit comfortably and remain in place no matter how hard the workout or how much sweat I'm building up. They keep my hair out of my face in addition to keeping the sweat dripping down on my face to a minimum.The material is more absorbant than I'd have expected, when just feeling it, so I'm definitely not disappointed.
