Ive had the watch for just over a week and so far I love it. didn't need to charge it till the 7th day. The sleep tracker seems accurate. The step tracker seems a little off but I expect that with any step tracker. Haven't really used the exercise capabilities much but what i have used seems accurate. I love that I can set pictures as the watch face. The app is easy to use and I havent had any problems yet. I really like that there is an online community for the watch for troubleshooting and things. And I like that I can use the app to set weight loss goals and track meals and the watch inputs all my calories used and tracks it for me.

I’ve only had this watch for a week. So far I’ve been impressed. It was easy to set up after downloading the app. The app makes it easy to choose what notifications you want to receive. I love that I could easily use one of my own photos for the watch face. The battery is good so far and it charges quickly. It’s been accurate so far with activity tracking, heart rate. The watch looks a little big on my wrist, but it’s comparable to other smartwatches and I have thin wrists. No scratches yet in the first week of wear.

While this watch is very nice looking and comfortable, I was disappointed to find out I can’t get it to even show notifications from text messages from my iPhone. The question and answer section says it can and I followed every YouTube review and their website instructions/suggestions to get it to resolved and it simply doesn’t show text notifications, at least from an iPhone even if everything is marked “allowed”. From what I can tell you can’t add an exercise after the fact. Otherwise, the step counter, heart rate monitor, O2, and other features seem reliable and are easy to use. I do like the many free watch faces available and it is easy to track an exercise real time. I also like that it doesn’t look like a plastic, one shape Apple Watch. Don’t bother looking for a detailed users manual. For what I paid I feel it’s worth it at this point but if you’re wanting a full feature watch, Samsung or Apple will have to be it.

I love the design and features this watch has to offer. I have had an Apple Watch for years and wanted a change. This is a great product and a much better cost. It has worked well with my I-Phone. They have a great assistant on the app that can help you figure any questions you have.

Customer service is fantastic! I received two emails before my watch arrived, explaining in detail how to pair my watch and my phone and letting me know, if there is any issues at all, that they do returns and will happily replace any dysfunctional watch. Upon receiving the watch I plugged it in as instructed and it was already charged at 97%, it took maybe 5 minutes to charge fully. I had no problems connecting the watch and pairing it with my phone. And they offer many free fun watch wallpaper’s. I wore the watch to work, I only work part time but the watch stayed at full charge through my entire 6 hour shift. And I had no issues with receiving notifications from my phone to my watch. Overall I’m very pleased with the quality and functionality of the watch. I have an Apple phone, and I have had an Apple Watch before. I’m not saying Apple Watches are horrible but if you are looking for a quality watch for a reasonable price, this watch will do the job just fine. It looks pretty classy and modern. I like that it’s round shaped, gives off a more glamorous vibe. Felt nice on my wrist too, not too bulky or tight. Doesn’t make my wrist sweaty either. It’s really a great buy in my opinion. Pleased with my purchase ☺️

I have been using my watch for one week, and was able to sync it to my Samsung ultra phone without any difficulty. It seems to do everything that it is supposed to, and appears to be accurate. I believe it is good value for the money.

Pros:Customizable screen saver, tracks bp, options for indoor and outdoor running as well as several options of exercise. You can wear it at night for it to monitor sleep. Phone calls are answerable through the watch but it connects to your phone, text messages are shown. Other notifications from apps like canvas, LinkedIn, etc. are also shown. Sleek look.Cons:If it’s not tight enough it slips to the side of your wrist or under the wrist but if it’s too tight it hurts. You can’t display a clock with the seconds (which is why I bought the watch for nursing to count bp) but you can have the pre made screen savers with a clock with seconds. Some screen savers cost money. The notification sound is LOUD. It wakes me and my boyfriend up, and there is no way to silence it and still get the notifications or make it quieter. Switching between screens with all the little options is confusing.If I could give a suggestion all I would say to do is give me the options to display seconds on my custom screen saver. I don’t want to have to switch between different screens while I’m at work or clinicals. Otherwise the other things are manageable.

The watch is pretty and comfortable. The app allows the face background to change which is fun. I had some trouble maintaining a sync with an Apple device. I switched the app to my Android phone and had a much better and easier experience. The app is easy to use and the health metrics are very nice. It stays connected to my phone and and me when I need to sync the app to refresh the data which is good because I will forget. Answering calls by the watch is a nice feature and new to me. Overall, I'm very pleased with the watch and enjoying how it looks and me helps with tracking my exercise and health.
