This won't make you 6 feet. Your height potential is 100% reliant on your genetics, so your max height is already set and this won't improve it. But what this will do is help you get to your maximum height. Many people don't reach their max height because they don't eat right and they don't intake enough vitamins, and nutrients that are needed for bone growth. What this product does is make sure you meet that daily requirement more often which will in get you closer to your height potential. The reason why I did 4 stars instead of 5 is that I don't agree with the adult claim this states since most people have growth plates close by 18-21 (could be younger and older but this claim is for the majority) so when that happens you are permanently stuck at the height you are. Besides that, I do recommend this for kids and teens who want to reach their maximum height potential.

Got these because my teenager insists he’s due for a growth spurt and I figured a little extra calcium couldn’t hurt.

I started taking these pills while I was 5'8. The very next morning I woke up with my legs dangling from the end of my full sized bed. I was frightened at the sight of my arms being able to reach the ceiling while laying down. I instantly got up and quickly noticed that I could no longer stand up straight in my room without bending my knees neck and back. "Could it be?" I thought to myself. I've always heard the saying "be careful what you wish for" but I never thought I'd be living proof of it. I noticed I was in the nude and all of my clothes were ripped up beside my bed. I crawl out of my front door and run as fast as I could. I'm guessing the cardio from me running activated more of the effects of these pills, because I started growing rapidly like when Mario eats a mushroom. I was now a giant still in the nude. As I was running every each and one of my steps caused a ruckus big enough to resemble an earthquake. It wasn't long until I had helicopters and police cars following my every move. I ran and ran until I ended up in the ocean where I swam and swam until I reached a deserted island. "No one will find me here!" I said to myself with reassurance. I now write this as an ostracized giant living on a deserted island. Please take with caution and most importantly be careful what you wish for.In all seriousness these pills are fantastic. They have a lot of great ingredients to help with muscle and bone development. I'm already a fully grown adult, but I still take these for it's great benefits. Definitely worth a try especially if you're 18 and under as you're not done growing. This could only help additionally.
