They do what they're designed to do.
I've used this now a few times and the material seems to work good. They're a little difficult to put on which is to be expected and the tweezers that are sent with help a lot but could be longer. What I do is get it started with the tweezers and then use some pliers that have the same type end as the tweezers but are larger and makes it a lot easier.
