Great sound quality, easy to pair, great value works very well for hands Free phone calls!A little cumbersome to get them out of charging unit, charging unit twist top can be a little awkward to open.I would buy them again!!

I’m an earbud junkie. These are pretty good, but they have not replaced my go to pair. The sound is good, but not super-rich.

Likes = Bluetooth connection and the price. If knowing what they were going to be like I would have never bothered.Dislikes = The case cover feels like I could break at any time. They are also a bit difficult to remove from the case. After trying the different silicone tips the secure fit I was hoping to find was not attainable. Sound quality was non existent, heavy distorted bass, and muffled mid to high I would not recommend them to anyone.

I do telehealth and use these for my appointments. Crystal clear quality and lasts for a few hours on each charge

**Pros:**- Out of the box, they paired instantly with my Samsung S24 Ultra.- The earbud controls are simple and function as stated in the start-up manual.- I installed the extra-large tips, which provide a snug fit and produce deep bass.- The sound is very good for the price.- The buds are lightweight and comfortable.- I like the case design with the slide-opening lid.- I'm using them right out of the case, so they are not fully charged. I may give an update on the listening time and charge time once I've had a chance to fully test them.**Cons:**- So far, Monster does not have an application for their earbuds, so there is no way to modify the touch controls.- There are no equalizer controls, so what you hear is what you get. I have half a dozen pairs of wireless earbuds from different manufacturers, and they all have app support, so this is one really big con.- The buds are difficult to remove from the case. It might be easier if you have long fingernails.- The Monster webpage doesn't even list the Clarity 102 Pro anymore, so when they finally create an earbud application, it may not support this model.- The warranty is probably useless as far as Monster is concerned. I doubt they have any replacements. The only hope for a warranty is if they fail while under Amazon's return policy.

They. Sound. Incredible. And I'm pretty picky about sound quality. Can't say I'm an audiophile but I'm pretty darn picky about it and they were my favorite for quite a while. Now with that being said. The phone quality leaves something to be desired. At least on the hearing you on the other end part of it. But besides that, they are fantastic. Great battery life, nice simple case, good ANC systems and very simple easy to use tech. Both headphones work independently of each other and connect Everytime. Maybe wait till the price comes down a little but still worth it

These will work for a year or so before one driver blows out and then you have a very low volume earbud in one ear that is basically useless. There isn’t even a factory reset button.
