At first I thought it was the wrong key because it was a different shape but fits perfectly.

I had ordered replacement keys from EasyKeys.com for a lock on a pool gate. I placed the order after learning Ace Hardware and Home Depot didn't have key blanks to cut me new keys. The keys EasyKeys sent didn't work. I contacted them via email and they replied promptly. They suggested lubricating the lock and trying the replacement keys again. When that didn't work they said the wear patter on my old key was unique and that's why the replacements didn't work. They asked if I wanted them to send key blanks. I said yes. When the blanks arrived I learned neither Ace nor Home Depot would cut keys using third party blanks. I finally went to a local locksmith who was able to cut keys using the blanks from EasyKeys. They worked. I was impressed that EasyKeys spent the time and effort to fix my problem given how small an order it was. They were very quick to reply to emails sent over the course of several weeks. They sent the replacement keys and the blanks at no cost. Their emails were always courteous and empathetic. I wanted to acknowledge their great customer service.

Doesn't look like my other keys but it fits! Seems to be good quality. Pricing was good.

Keys were perfect, however we only received 2 keys instead of 4. I emailed the seller and never received a response.

Our gates are 25 years old and we were ordered by the health dept. to lock them up at night.I found the keys here at Amazon ordered some up, they came at a very respectively few days and they all worked!They are expensive but when you need them, you need them. I would order them again if I need more.
