EXCELLENT BASS SPEAKER BOX.

I put it to the test and works great with my Celestion speakers.

The box is cheaply made and covered. It’s not ported but vented. However, it’s too small to properly move air for good sound. May sound better if I seal it. can’t return it since I notified but, but I would not recommend buying it.

Measurement for cut out is correct, but the carpet is coming off on back, by the vent. It is made of 5/8 mdf, but not worth 45 dollars, in my opinion. I had to caulk the inside seams.

Compact and easily fits in small spaces and sounds great built well for a low price

This review is for the 6x9 box. The overall size of the box is about 11 and a half inches long 7 and 1/2 in tall, and about 5 and 1/8 in thick. It is made of 5/8 in MDF, comes with a terminal cup and a vent port on the back. The terminal cup and the vent port are not glued in, so you might have to put a little bit of glue on them so they don't pop out on you. And it doesn't look like the box was put together with glue, so you might have to go around the inside and seal it. It does come with some resident pads with sticky tape on the back, helps cut down in those unwanted sounds from inside the box. This is only one box which was kind of disappointing, it would have been better to have two in my opinion. The build quality is all right, you can see the seams in the carpet in some spots, but it's not like this is the centerpiece to a Hi-Fi audio system. It does happen to fit both pair of six by nines that I have, one pairs of pioneer, the other is an audiotek. So overall it's not bad, you just might have to do a little bit of extra work if you're going to push some power to a 6x9.
