I purchased this hair dryer for my wife as a Christmas present. The hair dryer stopped working in less than three months. The switch was frozen and wouldn't turn the dryer on. I read reviews from others that experienced the same problem. This item is obviously defective. I would like my money back without further discussion.(Bifford Fagan)

Works great,a lot of power and heat adjustments

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this hot tools professional hair dryer in August 2023. It is November 2023 and the dryer no longer works. The off/ high/low switch has jammed or melted inside and I cannot turn the hair dryer on. My husband took a look at it and he said he could possibly take the dryer apart but it really isn’t worth it to me since the dryer is just not that great of a dryer. It never got hot. The air was very warm, but not hot. Anyway, I purchased a completely different dryer to replace it. I am very disappointed in this purchase. I have had the dryer only four months and it no longer works. I will probably never buy another hot tools item.

I like this blow dryer and have bought several over the last couple of years. But the most recent only lasted a few months. The on/off button broke. Since I love the dryer, I will buy another. Hoping this was just one in a million as far as not lasting.UPDATE: The same exact thing happened with the next one I ordered. Only last a little over three months.

Dries my hair fast!! And I am left with far fewer fly-always. Love the add on tools and the temperature adjust options.

I basically use daily for styling my curly hair. A lil styling hair product before drying and doesn’t burn my hair but keeps it shiny. Also able to manage my hair to my taste.

I ordered this dryer about a year ago (2023), and it went out on me in August 2024. It sparked, had a burning smell, and stopped working. The temperature switch for high/hot was glitchy in the days leading up to that. I liked the dryer, so I reordered a new one in August. The high/hot button stopped working again on the new model. Since the return window had closed, I could not return it. I have liked this brand, but after both dryers doing this, I decided to try a different brand. I was going to email the company, but there was not an email address - a number to call or a website to visit, and that was not worth my time in the moment. I cannot recommend this product for these reasons.
