Just what I needed
I have always wanted to plan at least a months worth of meals so I can rotate the schedule and not have to think about dinner every night. It finally happened with this organizer.

Good value and size
I am a dieitian and some of my patients are trying to lose weight. I teach a group class and also work with people individually - and meal planning is a frequent topic. I thought these were great, and something I could use with patients when helping them plan meals. It is a 2 pack, which is a good value. They are the ideal size I think since they are small enough to be placed somewhere in the kitchen or office, etc but still large enough to fit your meals for a week and the groceries.Since the days only have 1 large space per day, it's best for the largest meal of the day (like lunch or dinner). You can fit all 3 meals in, but It'd be tight and it would be difficult to include snacks. Many people eat the same thing for breakfast anyway, and perhaps leftovers or a limited option for lunch as well so I think planning the one meal that may change more often is good enough.

Helpful for weekly meal tracking
Got this for taking recipes from my meal cards and jotting down ingredients. So I can just take this sheet into the store and know what I need to pickup. Was tried of walking through the store with my face glued to a Digi note on my phone... Much easier for me now to walk in with a piece of paper, get what I need and walk out. Id recommend them for anyone who is serious about their nutrition and meal prep.
