Great Value Resistance Bands for My Workouts
I wasn’t sure what to expect for the price, but these resistance bands have been a fantastic addition to my workouts. They arrived in smart packaging, neatly stored in a zip-lock pouch, which makes them easy to keep organised. The range of resistance levels is great—I can switch between them depending on the exercise, and they provide a good level of stretch without rolling or digging into my skin.I’ve been using them for strength training and mobility work, and they’ve held up really well so far. For under a tenner, I’d definitely buy them again!

Okay for starters
The bands are good but they are a little smaller than I thought they would be. My fault tho. They also don't have as much resistance as I thought. The black one is the only one I personally found worth using but for a beginner or someone who doesn't need as much resistance a good starter set

A tenner if bought, and a bargin to boot, well made, comnfortable i would go and say too, comes with a small zip lock bag for storage, and fabulous bright colours for resistance strengthHigh recommnend
