Immediately after assembled and a new jio sim installed, it malfunctions!Display-(simply a light for the 3 symbols, which should change according to the situation eg wifi connected or not battery strength etc) doesn't work! Only the wifi light comes on intermittently!Device literally needs battery removed to be switched off! Power button is unreliable and faulty!Connection speed is very slow eg cant play a simple youtube video without constant buffering interuptions. Simultaneously i have a mobile phone with a different jio sim functioning fine, so dont blame the provider! I researched extensively prior to purchase and ironically people were critiquing dongles made in china... I dont know where this device is made... The obvious comment is-just return it, however the return process is so laborious and convoluted that i cringe at the thought of having to engage with amazon customer support, again! So many of this device were allegedly purchased but so little feedback-anti or pro... The customer community needs to help each other by bothering to leave more feedback! Although i note that amazon simply refuses to post feedback if it decides that you have transgressed their invisible guidelines! Fail again for Amazon. I bet this review doesn't pass amazon gestapo

Sounds quality is great and unbelievably loud and believe me that it got some serious bass, battery life is kinda negative thing coz when I played it on full volume it after charging it full it got discharged in 1.5 hour which was kinda disappointing think, and also it gives unclear sound after playing is for 30 min.The build quality is super strong and believe me you gonna love it the way it looks.The morals of the story is:-Sound quality = great 8/10Bass = awesome 9*/10 (I got this thing for around 500 rupees and for this price tag it's 10/10)Build quality = awesome 10/10The battery life = worst 4/10Value for money = good 7/10

Super performance

Pros:Working with both Airtel and Jio sim cards without any issue.Is working even without battery so can directly connect to a 5v2A power brick directly to keep the battery for long and emergency use.Interface is very simple to change password and security settings.Range is good as I kept it outside while checking the chance of increased signal reception signal didn't increase much but the range was fine, it worked even from 600 sft away.Setbacks:Speed:Tested with both Jio and Airtel and was getting 7mbps download speed on jio and 10-11 Mbps on Airtel.Tested same Airtel sim on my mobile and was getting 30-40mbps speed in the same location.Turning power off and on takes a bit of time.Cons:Nothing major as of now, but sliding the sim card in the slot needs a bit of patience. May be using micro sim slot we get with the sim card can be helpful because the sim fits seamless in that one.My purpose of buying this device is not working remotely or keeping as my main internet source so it is decent enough purchase for me. But if someone is looking to buy this for working purpose I don't think this is a good alternative.

Power button not works properly. Poor battery life Battery get bulged with in 7 months and battery backup reduces once we starts to use. at start battery lasts for 3 hrs , after 6 months battery lasts for 1 hr only. after 1 year, full battery bulges and now no battery back up

Overall a useful product especially if your job requires a lot of travel. But you should know that it takes forever to charge and charges our very fast.

The Device (Amazon basis 4g hotspot) can be used without battery i.e. The device can be directly plugged in to the wall socket and used.Battery backup is decent.Network speed is good and stable.Support all the sim card.Now about the con:The device's web pages is unresponsive.It just logs you in and when you try to use the interface it simply doesn't redirect.I am unable to change the password.Note: Due to the reason above i am forced to return the product eventhough i don't want return it.I will reorder another piece and check for the above issue.Apart from this everything is good.
