Love this water jug. We live in the country and just love the peace of mind drinking water out of here. I use it everyday for water bottles and coffee! Super easy to set up and use all the time. It does take a little to fill but I just refill every night before bed so it's ready to go... I even took it when we went on vacation so I didn't have to worry about buying water.

Filtered water tastes great. However, the spigot has to be replaced since the original ones starts dripping. I had the unit replaced but the new one started dripping within 2 weeks. I ended up replacing the spigot with Igloo Products 20027 Cooler Spigot, X-Large (pictured). Otherwise, filter lasts 2 months which is great.

The only star is for the clean design. After using it for a week, the bottom leaking issue goes from controllable quickly becoming damaging the wood shelf where I place the water dispenser. I live in a rental apartment so pretty sure I won't be able to get my full deposit back because of the water damage. Has contacted Amazon support and got a replacement. Will give stars back if the replacement doesn't leak.

Best purchase I have made in years. I was shocked at how great the water tastes. Vast improvement over any other filter I have ever used. Super convenient counter-top use with the stand.I bought one for my daughters house as well.

Must buy product. Worth the extra money for the big one

Mine started leaking in less than a month. Then I had to tighten the seal with a wrench.Otherwise it's great.

Hoping that customer service can assist in fixing this but after 3 weeks of receiving, it's leaking a cup every 6-8 hours now. My counter had water everywhere one morning and it's getting worse. :( I love the modern look and the taste of the water is superior (thus 2 stars) but the stress of it consistently leaking detracts. Like others, I've already invested a lot in the filters and stand so I'm not walking away. I want it to work and it doesn't right now.

Filter is great, can really taste difference between this & unfiltered water. Capacity is perfect for our house, 2 adults that consume a lot of water daily. Doesn't take up as much room on the counter as I expected.First unit spout leaked right out of box. Had it replaced, 2nd until leaks on occasion, especially when very full. Slow drips. Makes me concerned for how long the seal will last & a disappointment for the price paid for the unit. (And I wish it wasn't plastic).We raised it with an adjustable wood plant stand, not a perfect fit but good enough.We picked Lifestraw because it has the smallest available micron filters to remove as much nano plastic as possible as the best alternative to a wasteful reverse osmosis system (wastes too much water).
