I didn't see a difference tbh upon putting this product on, could still easily find myself slouching or sitting in positions that were not great for my back. It was easy to wear and fit fine but can't really rate it high

The packaging for this is all Chinese, so I couldn't read anything. Perfect packing for a majority English speaking country, with an obscure name such as England.There is nothing on this that allows you to adjust so comfort and effectiveness will be down to your size since it's just relying on the elasticity of the back straps. The issue just one small bit of velcro for the front strap, I say small because that's not adjustable either; it's just one place.This product pulls your shoulders back slightly. It may help some people if they have some sort of back pain where this posture helps relieve it but all the work is being done with this product.I fear that if the product is relied on when you just want to correct you posture as a personal preference then it's probably not going to be any good since your muscles are working less to achieve it and you'd go back to normal when you take this off.
