I have tried many brands and honestly this is the only one that I had no adverse reactions to. I love that it's not mostly sodium as I have high blood pressure and really need to not have a lot of salt. I love that this has a minimum level of sodium and focuses more on Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium and other minerals. I am also very impressed that the scooper that is included is really small so a lot goes along way. I understand that you might have sticker shock on the price but it will last you a lot longer than other brands. I love this product and I hope they stay in business.

I am giving this product a 1 for now. I don’t know what the people who are saying this has no flavor or no taste are using because It tastes like straight up salt water from the ocean. I wasted a scoop in my unsweetened tea with xylitol that made it thicker and salty which was not drinkable. I will suffer through this awful salt water to see the benefits as I’m going through the keto flu and very fatigued. I’ll be back in a week for an update. I wish you all well! I just wish unflavored did not mean you will taste straight up salt water

I read the reviews but could not see a problem with the produce from the description. I bought the unflavored version and it tasted fine. It dissolves in water okay; there is some fine sediment on the bottom of the shaker bottle if it sits for a while but I just shake it up real quick if needed during a workout. As for the ingredients, it is the best product on the market that I have found so far. That is the reason I tried it. I was using other products for years before it found this one.

Basically no taste, I mixed it to the weakest recommendation. Seems to lessen or even end my night time calf cramps after taking it a month.

It is a great product. I have not had enough time to tell any difference while using it.

I follow Dr. Ekberg on YouTube. His knowledge made this purchase a no brainer. I train 5 days a week focus on lifting but do 5 days fasts 4 times a year and dry fast 2 days once a month. I do Sauna on training days and usually pretty worn out after training(failure). This has been amazing as it boosts me right up without feeling bloated. Now the taste is definitely swamp water but it's clean and works 100%! When you train you get used to the idea you get it down and get stuff done. Definitely have tasted worse. If hydration matters this is all you'll ever need. Glad it's on Amazon now!
