I love that these vitamins are conveniently packaged together for daily use so I don't have to keep track of multiple bottles and refill a pill container every week. The packets are travel friendly and easily fit in a toiletry bag. I don't take them all at once, it takes a couple and gulps of water for me because some of them are larger, especially the omega 3 ones, but the capsules are relatively easy to swallow. This is a simple way to take all my vitamins without having to shop for or sort out individual pills.

This supplement set is pretty nice. The am/pm dosing is pretty convenient, especially for traveling. The supplements themselves are easy to swallow and don't have any bad taste. This is an item I would consider ordering again.

Convenient for travel bags. Multiple vitamens in AM and PM. You can choose what you take it’s not all ground together where you don’t have an option. Made in USA which is a big plus a lot of these online e brands don’t even list where their made. Price is a bit much I think but see a lot of custom vitamin brands charging a lot. Overall the quality seems good.

This is a full supplement with all the bells and whistles, so to speak. You can see the nutrition facts yourself and you’ll notice it’s got it all. Wow! You take some pills in the AM and some in the evening. It ends up being nine pills a day. That’s quite a bit. The pills are easy to swallow. And the cost is pretty high, but if you want a full supplement, I guess it will cost more than a partial supplement without all the extras.

This is a high quality product with a great combination of vitamins and supplements to promote overall health. I like that it comes in daily am and pm packs which make taking and keeping track of dosages simple. This would replace the myriad of bottles I have to take the supplements individually. The only thing I didn’t like is the price, which is definitely higher than the vitamins and supplements I am currently taking. I think premium comes from the convenience and quality, so it’s up to you to decide if it’s worth it.

I like The Convivence of having Individually sealed AM & PM Essential Daily Supplement Packs when I travel. I also appreciate that these are Easy to take and are High Quality and Made in the USA. The $3.73 Cost per day However feels a bit excessive for my budget to use daily when not on travel.
