Best!
This is the best pan I've ever used. It heats up quickly and evenly, and food sticks less compared to other stainless steel pans. I used an All-Clad pan for a long time, but I could only get a perfect fried egg about 3 out of 10 times. With this pan, my success rate is now over 8 out of 10. I'm absolutely thrilled with it! I’ll never buy a non-stick pan again. The size is large and deep, making it great even for dishes with some liquid. It is expensive, but I have no complaints since I feel like I'll use it for a lifetime. Ever since getting this pan, I haven't used any of my other frying pans. I just wish it came with a lid!

Great pan but needs a lid
This is a fantastic pan. High quality materials make the difference. I tested it by cooking a pound of ground chicken without adding any sort of butter or oil, and it did not stick! Cleanup was a breeze too. The handles are triple layered and designed to not get hot, which they don't, but it is a bit awkward to use at first. But, without a lid, I deducted a star.

Amazing quality - Dishwasher safe
It was time to elevate our cookware. The Zepter Internation line seemed like the perfect place to start. We decided to do a couple pans at a time. It is an investment. Something we can pass on to the kids.Quality: Beyond amazing quality. Every piece of this is perfectly made with high quality materials. I don't show off pans... it's weird... but these are show-offable.Cooking: Works great with our induction stovetop. Evenly heats throughout. The food cooks evenly. It doesn't transfer any metallic taste into the food.Size: Great size, 11 inch pan. Fits whatever I need it to with ease. The shape allows you to really use up that space.Washing: DISHWASHER SAFE! You can never find that with the expensive stuff. Perfection!

I expected better for the price
We were looking at upgrading some of our utensils and when I saw this, I thought of trying this out.The pan is heavy and the heat transfer is very good across the pan. The cooking was easy and the food didn't have any metallic taste or smell. However, there are few things that I think are design flaws in it.1. It doesn't come with a lid. For a pan of this size, lid is essential and should be included. I have an All Clad pan of the same size and the lid fits this well for me, so I am using that2. The logo at the bottom of the pan was not needed. The bottom surface should be smooth and the logo could have been avoided3. The three layer handle is a good design to avoid heat transfer to the handle; however, the sharp edges doesn't help. It is actually hard to hold4. For the size of the pan, it should have two small handles rather than one long one5. The pouring lip is Bi-level and it makes pouring thin curries difficult and a bit messyFor the price, I expected a lot better design especially the handles. I need to use a cloth so that the sharp edges doesn't hurt my hand.

Great pan, even for a home cook
We are looking to begin switching out our 12+ year old anodized cookware set and were looking to go with stainless so when this pan was recommended, I was quite excited. I only cook at home these days, but I have worked in a few restaurants (casual dining, chain restaurants) albeit primarily front-of-house, but I did spend a few months in the back-of-house. I picked up a few pointers along the way from some of my coworkers and managers.I will admit that when this pan first arrived, I was intimidated to use this as it is by far the nicest pan I've ever used. I do cook a fair bit at home, but lately our schedules have necessitated quick options and we've gone the lazy route with microwave or air fryer options. But we're trying to figure out ways to eat more home-cooked meals. I kept trying to think of some really technical and fancy dish to prepare to write this review about, but that put too much pressure on me, so I finally decided to just get this out and use it in my daily life with meals I've prepared in our old cookware. This pan does seem to be meant for either professionals or someone that is hoping for their cookware to last for years to come. It has a good weight to it, almost as much as my cast iron skillet. I have used it to cook a few meals now, mostly dishes that I make a pan sauce for and have no complaints whatsoever. It holds heat well, I haven't had any issues with food burning or sticking. Overall I have been very happy with this pan for my needs and I hope it lasts a long time.

Excellent pan for searing, making sauce and more
The media could not be loaded. I like this pan a lot, it works great, and I intend on putting it to good use for many years to come, but I don't love it. The handles are not comfortable for me. I don't know about you, but I pick up my pan slightly and work with it when I'm cooking, sometimes removing it from the heat for a bit, doing this is uncomfortable with these layered handles. They work as they intended, which is to stay cool, even when the pan is hot, which it does. I just wish they were more fitting for my hand, then it would be perfect. The pan has a nice thick bottom, which is what you want in a good pan. It also retains heat well, enough to burn butter when off the burner. It takes a little getting used to. It has a large cooking surface so it's really good for cooking for two people, or a nice sauce, eggs, bacon, gravies. I've done a lot of cooking already in this pan and it looks like it's barely been used. It cleans up nicely. To get the full potential out of this pan, you might consider ordering Zepters 28cm lid. They have ways of cooking with the lid that use little to no oils or fats. The lid has some sort of dial on top and can help make healthier meals.I would recommend this pan if you're looking for something that looks elegant and will last a lifetime.

Everyone loves these
This pan is something that will be passed down. It is hard to find a pan of this quality. It is very heavy duty and is meant for frying or making heavy sauces in. Perfect for family meals. The pan cleans well and will not scratch. Zepter is on of the best names out there when it comes to fine cookware. It is pricey but you get what you pay for.
