Nice transmission filter.
The filter was great but I chose to reuse the factory gasket rather than the rubber one included.

Did the job
Filter fit and seems to be doing its job. Truck is performing as it should. I reused the factory gasket. It is reusable and the pan has stayed dry as a bone. The factory gasket is aluminum with a rubber coating. The grommet provided didn’t feel as good of quality as the factory one so I reused it as well. So the filter as all I used. I felt the price should reflect that. My truck had 86,460 miles and the pan was amazingly clean but the fluid was not red but more of a clear blackish color it that makes since. These 10 speed transmission are crazy expensive to rebuild and should be changed every 30 to 50,000 miles to maximize service life. Ford says every 150,000 miles unless used for towing or in weather above 70 degrees! Really? I recommend routine maintenance. Just my 2 cents.

Well designed and manufactured, I had to die grind a little extra casting bulge so my thin walled 6pt. deep well socket had clearance
