I got the GOTIDEAL 18x24 portfolio bag for my art class and it’s been exactly what I needed. It’s super lightweight, which makes it easy to carry even when it’s full of sketch pads, loose drawings, or canvas boards. I ordered this GOTIDEAL Large Art Portfolio Bag, 24x36 Inches Waterproof Art Portfolio Case with Shoulder & Handle Carry lightweight nylon portfolio for my husband, who needed a place to store his drawings and sketchbooks.This portfolio is made from a strong nylon fabric, but it doesn’t have a lot of structure to it. It worked great for my husband, who stored a bunch of sketch pads; the cardboard backing of the pads gave the bag more structure. If you were only storing loose papers, this might be a bit floppy.The portfolio measures about 24” x 36” and for extra storage. It comes with both carrying handles and a shoulder strap for easy carrying.My husband has been using this for storage, and it works nicely. The sales page says this is waterproof, but he hasn’t tested it outdoors. Looking at it, I would guess it is probably more water resistant than completely waterproof.The portfolio is spacious; it has one large interior pocket and a smaller outside zipped pocket you use to store art supplies. This held more sketch books than I anticipated; it looks much nicer than the teetering stack of sketch books, and the portfolio protects my husband’s drawings. He was very pleased with this, it was just what he needed.

This is a pretty decent portfolio bag. I want to mention right at the top that this is simply a canvas bag with no structure. If you plan on storing something that is less than 24x36 size, I would recommend adding a 24x36 foam core to provide the bag with structure.As stated above, this bag is NOT waterproof. The bag is made with porous nylon canvas material with smooth plastic finish on the inside. However, it is water resistant at best but definitely not waterproof due to the non-waterproof zipper. The bag may survive a short walk in a light rain but it will not help to protect the content in heavy rain. I deducted one-star from the rating due to the misleading description in the product listing.
