You feel fantastic if you do the three steps, but for financial reasons from being older, I do just the shakes-half a packet. It still keeps me very regular due to the probiotics, and I have more energy when I get out of bed in the morning. I'm hooked!

It mixed fairly well. The taste was pretty good. I was looking for something with more vitamins so I was a tad disappointed

I love the vanilla with a teaspoon of cocoa and ice in the blender!

This product is sweetened with stevia. Most people seem to tolerate it well but it taste extremely chemical to me. If you decide to try this, I’d only recommend the chocolate brownie flavor based on taste. This brand dissolves better than every other protein shake I’ve tried & I’ve tried many!
