Wonderful pans!
Be sure to use at medium temperature to extend its life and heat your food properly! Easy to clean and great, even heating!

Large size = better control
After using this to brown hamburger I came to understand the benefits of its size. More room allows for separation and flipping of meat and it browns more easily. High sides keep food in the pan. Before this, I was using a smaller skillet and when I'd stir the meat I'd lose some over the edge. My skills improved 100% using this pan.

Great Green Pan dupe
I got a set of green pan brand pans as a gift and wanted a high wall pan but didn’t want to drop a couple hundred on it. This is a great dupe, and while it doesn’t perfectly match the rest of my set, it’s pretty darn close. Nonstick coating has been flawless so far.

Nothing sticks
I have the whole set and bought this pan too. So far really like them. Nothing sticks. I wash them on the dishwasher on the top rack. No discoloration from washing. We'll see how long they last.
