Toxic plastic
Smelt so strongly of plastic I couldn’t use them for my daughter’s party. Absolutely acrid, filled the room with an awful smell. I don’t actually think they’re safe to use and I would definitely not purchase unless you want to cause your self extreme hormone disruption
