The taste is so horrible it gags you. Do not recommend just a waste of money

Unlike other soul strips I've tried, these are geared more towards being a supplement for weight loss and results would most likely be more successful to administer these along with healthy eating habits as well as regular exercise. Regardless, I like that these are easy to take and remind me of the apple cider, or lemon juice and cayenne pepper some believe in taking on their weight loss journey. In reality those things are taken to assist with gut health, and I'm definitely here for that too. Now I don't have a ton to lose, but would like some assistance with a bit of gained fluff with age so it can't hurt to try! Texture wise, it's like a listerine breath strip met a fruit leather. It's thin, slightly sticky and washes down easily. It mostly tastes of berries and has a slight aftertaste, but unlike other soul strips I've had, it doesn't look like erythritol is included in the ingredients here so that's a pleasant surprise as it's not the sugar substitute for me. So far I've had no adverse effects and only time will tell if this will actually help produce results, but it doesn't hurt to try and there's a chance I'll have to get more strips once I'm done with these. Thankfully they're not super pricey if they do end up working out!
