I do regularly use this type of product and I really appreciate the high CFU count (100 billion per serving) and the diverse range of probiotic strains.The inclusion of beneficial species like B. infantis, L. reuteri, and L. plantarum is also a positive.The convenience of having both probiotics and prebiotics in one capsule is so convenient too.Value for Money:The product is excellent value, especially when compared to other brands or alternatives like probiotic yogurts.Ease of Use:The capsules are easy to swallow and having a neutral taste.the pale blue packaging is difficult to read and annoying for older folk I suspect (like me).Country of Origin is NOT declared and we must also be aware that no 3rd party testing is declared or if the product is made in a GMP registered facility.All in all the value looks good but I would prefer some kind of declaration on country of origin and testing. Good but not GREAT!

I have sensitive stomach and I didn’t experience and stomach irritation that’s win for me. Don’t know if they work tho worth a try
