I bought two chairs before this one. The first one was one of those net ones that are so popular now. They call them ergonomic with the mesh back. The one I bought had a 4.6 rating and it was supposedly for big and tall. The second I took it out of the box I knew it was gonna be to small and uncomfortable. So the next one I bought was one of those gaming chairs that was fabric. Let me just say the game chairs look cool and like they might be comfortable but they're not. The wings on the sides are for 12 year olds. For a teenager or adult their obstructive. They restrict your movement and protrude into your back. They aren't just uncomfortable, they hurt. With that gaming chair it felt like I was working a manual labor job in my home office. I sat on it for half the day and went back to my old broken lift chair that had tilt. With most of those gaming chairs the back of the chair reclines but there's no tilt. Without tilt on the chair you're working sitting down. The gaming chair had to go.The only thing that kept me from getting this chair from the start was the price. When you look at this chair it looks luxurious in the picture because it is. It is luxurious in every possible way. It's solid. It does not creek. The foam in the cushion is substantial. From the pictures on some of the reviews it looks soft but like it might not hold up. But let me tell you it will. The arm rests are luxurious. This chair speaks rest and relaxation and more rest and relaxation on that work from home job. The price scares you at first but you have to consider with these chairs if you buy a140 dollar chair it's gonna be inadequate for an 8 to 10 hour job. Unless you want to work while your sitting in the chair. Your wife spends 500 on that new couch or chair. This is furniture for your work. It's an investment in you on your job. You can pay more for serious office chairs but none of them will feel as comfortable and luxurious as this. For the 275 you pay with the coupon it's well worth the money.I'm adding to this review because this company is so awesome. The company sent me an extra chair on accident. They did this without charging my account so I called them to have the chair sent back and they told me to keep it for free. This company is not real. Everybody. I'm telling you right now. You don't need to shop Amazon with all the reviews and everything to find the most comfortable chair. This chair is it without a doubt no question about it in any way shape or form. I looked at all the other reviews of all the other chairs that were in this big and tall class range. I looked at all the specs of all the chairs in the big and tall glass range. There is not a chair on Amazon for this price or anywhere near this price that matches what this chair is and I think it's the best chair for an office on Amazon. I don't work for this company I have nothing to do with this company they sent me an extra chair that I tried to send back they told me to keep it for free they have spent their time and energy designing the most comfortable chair that you could ever sit on and so yeah it's the best no question get it for you reward yourself.

So I have been searching and agonizing over a replacement chair for my 8 hour a day remote IT job. I had a big and tall gaming chair prior, which, was, adequate, but later found to be just painful. In this new role, my tail bone and back started to be extremely painful after 8 hours at a computer and made me miserable popping pain killers like candy. I was debating back and forth over an ergonomic chair, or something as plush as possible. My chiropractor and multiple forums said get ergonomic, but I am not paying over a thousand dollars for one of the leading ergo chair designs, if there is a 50/50 shot I wouldn't find it comfortable long term, which seemed to be a general consensus.So i went for as plush and couch like as I could find that wasn't made of PU leather. Which brings me to this chair. The chair is large, very comfortable and very plush, velvet like upholstery seems durable, the cushioning is excellent thus far. It seems very well made. Assembly was also very easy. Most everything on the chair seems over engineered, at least to a point at this pricing. Nearly a week in using it daily for those 8 hours. And my pain is gone in my tail bone, and my back also is much better. The lumbar support does work, at least for me, very well. I am a big guy 6 ft 2 and 330lbs currently, and the chair engulfs me. I don't feel cramped or cooped up, and my head his the back of the chair just fine for leaning back, I was concerned it would just sit over the top of the back as there is no specific head rest. The arms are also very thick and padded, and seem equally durable.For the money I genuinely don't think I could get a better chair, it has surpassed my expectations, and offers a level of comfort i havn't really had before in a desk chair. It is better than some couches I have sat on if I am honest. Take the plunge, its worth the money. If anything changes I will update this review.

Really nice and heavy duty chair. It is hard finding a non leather chair these days. If you weigh less than 200 pounds and/or below 6 feet tall this chair will be too big for you. I am 210lbs and 6'2 and it is almost too big for me. Love all the adjustable features and setup took less than an hour. Good instructions. Cushions are great. I can fall asleep in it!EDIT:After a week of use, the creaking noise and loud POP when leaning back is getting super annoying. I used WD-40 on every screw hole and the issue still persists. They sent me a new base plate. Let’s see if this fixes the noises.
