This is a collagen supplement in powder form. The tin is quite large at 275 grams but so is the portion size at 11 grams which gives 25 days supply at recommended dosage using the embedded serving spoon (you have to dig around a little to find it).The supplement has an unusual but pleasant flavour and I actually found quite pleasant mixed into a cup of tea. Often with collagen powder supplements I struggle with the taste. With this I actually dipped a spoon into the powder and tasted it directly and still found the taste pleasant.The supplement itself contains Marine Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, Resveratrol, Pomegranate, Egg Membrane, Biotin and Vitamin C. I detail the potential benefits of each ingredient below but these are very complementary ingredients, all of which I have had an interest in for some time. Overall a great supplement with many premiun ingredients.Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen (types 1 and 3). Combined these may reduce wrinkles and fine lines and add strength and elasticity to skin as well as keeping skin supple. It may make bones stronger and denser, reduce the risk of joint issues, help wounds heal and contribute to hair and skin health. It may help support digestion and help maintain the gut lining. There is a high dosage of 5,000 mg.Hyaluronic Acid may help hydrate the skin, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, accelerate wound healing, help maintain joint health, help maintain eye health and strengthen the skin from environmental damage.Resveratrol may help heart health, reduce inflammation, support brain health, cognitive health and promote a more youthful appearance. Pomegranate is rich in antioxidants and may help lower blood pressure reduce inflammation, aid digestion and promote gut health, improve skin health, reduce signs of aging and help maintain joint health.Egg Membrane may support joint health, reduce inflammation and help improve skin elasticity, hydration and overall appearance. As well as Marine Collagen, it appears to contain a good mix of quality ingredients and at decent strengths, including Hyaluronic Acid, Resveratrol, Quinoa, Pomegranate, Egg membrane, Vitamin C and Vitamin and a complex of B vitamins. We found it easy to mix and quick to dissolve in water with a mild but pleasant taste, not at all “fishy” like some other marine collagen preparations, it is particularly nice mixed with fruit juice.

It comes in a well sealed tin and 275g should last for at least a couple of months.It’s a very convenient way to increase your collagen levels, place one scoop in to a glass of water or juice, it dissolves nicely not leaving any clumps.It does taste quite bland when mixed with water so I’d recommend mixing it with juice or in a smoothie but the results speak for themselves.My skin feels soft and moisturised all the time even though I’m not using moisturiser, fine lines have decreased and some creases between my eyebrows have reduced, it’s not the fountain of youth but supplementing my collagen regularly has made me look more youthful.It’s a nice product and drinking a juice with collagen is far nicer than swallowing capsules.

Not only did this collagen powder arrive in a very dented tin, unfortunately it is inedible it actually tastes of vomit.

Easy to take mixed into a cup of coffee. You can tell it's there but it's not a strong or unpleasant taste by any means. Nicely packaged in a tin with an air tight lid.I'm assured that it does make a difference to the skin, making it feel softer and less prone to wrinkles. Compared to other similar products we've tried in the past this has very little taste, making it much easier to take regularly, and that means it stands a better chance of being effective.
