This pump is very straight forward to setup and, despite the many light and numbers in there, is quite easy to use as well.It can take a bit of time to see what setting suit you best. There is a night mode and a feeding mode that are good. Even on the lowest setting it’s still good and around medium it does a solid job of making waves. The fish seem more active, though I’d have no idea if they want to be.For the cost it’s on par with others. It’s good quality and it works well so we’re happy with it.

The built quality is good. It is nicely designed and quieter in operation for the fish tank. It provides steady waves with different modes. It was easy to setup and use. Generates 6 wave-patterns. It has night mode as well. Also has a self-cleaning feature.Arrived well-packaged as shown in the attached photos.The price is slightly expensive in my opinion.Overall, I am happy to own it and will recommend.

This aquarium wave maker comes in a retail packaging and inside you’ll find the wave maker, remote control, power supply, sticky hook for the remote, 2x sticky Velcro pads, and a user manual.The pump itself has a plastic chassis and has a reasonable amount of weight to it, but this is mainly down to the strong magnets. The magnets are used to hold the pump in place, and you slide the back magnet off the chassis, hold the pump in place on the inside of the tank, and then slide the magnet into position on the outside of the tank. The strength of the magnets holds the pump in place through the glass and it hasn’t moved yet so are holding it well. The pump is designed to simulate the moving water of rivers, streams or the sea. It can even improve oxygenation of the water.In use, the pump performed exceptionally well, and my fish seemed to like swimming against the current that this produced. The self-cleaning mode and night mode were a nice addition to it as it can reverse the pump to clear out any debris that is caught inside. The night mode activates a slower pump speed to minimize noise which makes it pretty much work on its own. When it detects that it’s got darker, it automatically turns on night mode, so you don’t have to touch anything. The feeding mode pauses the pump for 10 minutes so you can feed the fish and give them time to eat before it automatically starts up again. It seems to do most things on its own with very little input from me.I think this is ideal for a medium to large size tank as the power may be a little too much for a small tank as it can create a strong current. My fish seem to love swimming against the current, so it was good addition to my tank…

My aquarium has never looked so lively! This wave maker creates a natural current that keeps the water moving and my fish seem to enjoy swimming against it. The different wave modes are fun to experiment with, and the adjustable flow speed allows for customization. It's relatively quiet, which is a plus.

This wave maker has been an absolute delight within my aquarium setup. I like switching between them to suit the vibe of the tank. The feeding mode is a clever touch as well, pausing the flow for a few minutes keeps food from flying everywhere, which makes feeding so much easier.What really stands out is how quiet it is, even at higher speeds. The automatic night mode is another thoughtful feature, it slows things down at night without me needing to adjust anything, so the fish seem much calmer. The self cleaning function is a lifesaver too. I’ve barely had to do any maintenance. All in all, this pump is well worth it, and it’s made my aquarium feel more like a proper underwater ecosystem.5 out of 5!
