I bought this stuff by mistake. I hadn't read the reviews that's my issue. It's unopened unused and they won't let me return it.This stuff is crap don't buy it chromium is a metal and this is a metal you're putting into your body that will make you sick. Our body is not meant to process metals.I want my money back. I should have read more details I should have looked up the thing on Google and I didn't and I should have so I just threw $40 down the drain and I can't afford to lose $40.

If you read the reviews you would know it is a scam product. It doesn't work and some people have had side effects such as rashes, headaches. Should remove from sale. I rated 1 star because it wouldn't let me send without one

I started it on 12/30/24 on Monday and it's 01/02 today and I lost 3 pounds. I didn't do anything different on purpose to see if it really was gonna work. I will continue to use.
