Nice quality item
Quality Item, I am not sure about hitting tires with it, but I ordered it to carry out on my walks because I am nervous about walking alone where people don't leash their dogs properly. It was a good value, has a good weight to it, I feel like if I needed to swing it I would have good control. Love that it has the wrist strap as well as the handle, easy to hold and carry.
