Very mild, nice big bottle
I'd much rather splash a light soy sauce around with abandon than shake careful drops of the dark stuff on my food. This is great for soups and is light enough to cook noodles in. It is very mild, though, so it wouldn't please those who like to be punched in the face by umami!
