The sound is so clear.
So far it's great. The sound was so clear and it can help to reduce the irritation in my ears.

Great Value for Money
It is very comfortable and good build quality. Sound is ok for an open earbud. Bass is there but not punchy at all since it is open earbud (if you are a bass head, this earbud is not for you). Volume is decent, 60% volume is fine for me. Recommended for people who want to hear their surrounding while listening to music.

App isn’t functioning
Great product, but the app doesn’t work

It's not turning off while putting in the case.
After a month of use, the headset doesn't disconnect from the connected device. It's aways on. When we connect the charger it turns off. I'm not satisfied.
